Customers pick their name on the sign-in page and the code goes to that person's email. Users without an email can't sign in. The statement link is the no-login access URL from their statement emails.

Every team member signs in with their own password plus a one-time code emailed at each login. Access is managed per person and can be revoked anytime.

These names appear in the sign-in dropdown. The MFA code goes to the email — leave the email blank to list someone without giving access yet.

Changing the token breaks previously sent links. Leave as-is unless you want to revoke access.

Line items + shipping must add up to the total — the save will verify the math.
